Pass the Pepto.

Adam Richman, the host of the popular television show “Man v. Food,” is pudgy for a reason. His job is to travel the world and partake in ridiculous food-eating challenges at various establishments. And that’s exactly what we picture when we think of extreme food consumption: a good amount of pudge.

Enter Randy Santel to completely blow our minds. He’s a competitive bodybuilder who managed to finish an entire 72-ounce steak this weekend at Seattle’s Wedgewood Broiler. While that is impressive as is, Santel managed to do it in under forty-two minutes and also polished off an entire grocery list of items including: a salad, a cup of soup, a baked potato, some bread, a glass of milk, a glass of tomato juice, and some ice cream.

Santel was the first to complete the meal in the entire history of the restaurant. It was the 100th time the bodybuilder-who follows an incredibly strict diet of health food Monday through Friday-completed this type of food challenge.

According to NBC’s “Today” show, the Wedgewood challenge wasn’t the only one Santel completed that weekend. Over the course of three days, he also consumed a six-pound bacon burger that had grilled cheese sandwiches for buns with a side of fries, a one-pound doughnut, a two-foot chili cheese dog, a three-liter bowl of ramen noodles, a 12-patty cheeseburger, and a six-pound burrito.

No word yet on how many ounces of Pepto-Bismol were chugged the following Monday.
