The Minnesota Golden Gophers men’s hockey team is currently ranked ninth in the country, so you know that they’re pretty damn good on the ice.

Well, White Bear Mitsubishi wants you to know that they’re also great on the icy roads of Minnesota this time of year, and they’ve decided that one great product should be the sponsor of another. And when you’re the official car sponsor of Minnesota men’s hockey, apparently one of the perks is that you get to shoot a commercial on the ice with Goldy Gopher and your own white bear mascot.

While we’re sure the finished product that airs locally in Minnesota is a damn fine commercial, there is no way that it can hold its own jock when it’s paired up against the outtakes, and that’s thanks to the white bear not being able to stay on its own two feet for more than five seconds.
