Dead Space and Dragon Age Collide

The universes of Dead Space and Dragon Age will clash when Dragon Age II releases on March 8, 2011. Visceral Games has teamed up with BioWare to create the “Ser Isaac of Clarke” armor set for Dragon Age II.

The story behind Ser Isaac of Clarke is apparently a series of “chilling tales” and a “favorite of bards performing in the wee hours of the night. In dank taverns throughout the land, these horror-filled stories captivate listeners and bring nightmares to those faint of heart.” Nice to see BioWare give a backstory to the unique cross-promotion armor set.

Xbox 360 and PC gamers will be able to download the armor — which includes body armor, boots, gauntlets and a helmet — by redeeming a one-time use, non-transferable code found within Xbox 360 and PC copies of Dead Space 2.

PS3 gamers can either visit www.DragonAge.com or look at the insert found within copies of Dragon Age II for instructions on how to download the Ser Isaac armor. Why there is a different redeem process for the Xbox 360, PC and PS3 versions of the armor, we have no idea.
