Want to achieve fashionista status in some of the country's best shopping cities? Hit the Strip or the Avenue for your fix in one of these locales.


Las Vegas, Nevada – The sprawling strip is recognized for its casino and nightclub lifestyle. Nestled behind the scenes is the 2 million square foot Fashion Show Mall with more than 200 stores with old school cuisine like Johnny Rockets to big names Apple Store and Louis Vuitton.


Houston – Winner for the Forbes list for the Best Shopping City in America, the nation’s 4th largest city has more than 15,000 retail shops and more than 50 shopping centers. It is home to the Galleria, one of the nation's largest malls at more than 2 million square feet of space. Check out the Shops at Houston Center with more than 30 boutiques ( and get your antique fix in the Heights neighborhood where haggling over prices is popular.


New York, NY – Macy's lights up Herald Square with over ten stories of merchandise and its neighboring stores in the Garment District.
