Winter is coming… back.

Although "Game of Thrones" isn't scheduled to return for another five months, HBO has released a short "In Production" featurette about the highly anticipated second season. In the new video, "Game of Thrones" executive producers David Benioff and D. B. Weiss offer their thoughts on the second season, some of the challenges ahead and an expansion of the rich fantasy world created by George R. R. Martin.

Several familiar faces from the first season also appear within the video, including Tyrion (Peter Dinklage), Jon Snow (Kit Harington), Robb Stark (Richard Madden), Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner), Arya Stark (Maisie Williams), Bran Stark (Isaac Hempstead Wright), Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), Sandor "The Hound" Clegane (Rory McCann), Petyr "Littlefinger" Baelish (Aidan Gillen), Queen Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) and her son, King Joffrey Baratheon (Jack Gleeson).

Some of the new characters are also glimpsed for the first time…
