According to a post on Bethesda’s official blog, the upcoming The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim DLC, “Dragonborn,” will be coming to PlayStation 3 and PC in early 2013.

The content hits Xbox 360 tomorrow, December 4, 2012. But as has been the case with all Skyrim DLC, there is a timed exclusivity on Xbox 360 at play. Therefore, the earliest PS3 and PC owners will see the content is in the opening months of 2013.

It’s also worth pointing out that PS3 owners have yet to receive a piece of Skyrim DLC due to technical issues, says Bethesda. Skyrim has seen two expansions release thus far – Dawnguard and Hearthfire – both of which have never made it to Sony’s platform. While it’s nice to see Bethesda aiming to get Dragonborn on the PS3, we’re not holding our breath. We’ll believe it when we see it.

In other Dragonborn news, it appears the rumors of being able to mount dragons and fly around are indeed true, according to some leaked details and achievements discovered by website TheOutHousers
