Kevin Garnett Headbutts Dwight Howard, Gets Ejected Within First Five Minutes Of Game

He was clearly inspired by an ancient thick-headed dinosaur.

While Kevin Garnett’s skull is absolutely not as thick as the one found in a Pachycephalosaurus, his behavior belies that fact.

After fouling Dwight Howard, he put forth quite the aggressive display, which quickly escalated into a swift headbutt. This resulted in his ejection from the game (only a little over four minutes had gone by in the first quarter), and Dwight Howard received a technical foul for his participation.

The best part of it all is that Brooklyn still lost to Houston, 113-99. Maybe next time Kevin will control his raging tendencies on the court, so he’s able to stick around to support his team for the whole game.

A thank you goes to NESN for this story.
